Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, ensuring a flawless finish.
Mix and match paint to specifications for color and consistency.
Maintain and clean spray equipment.
Follow health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an industrial paint sprayer (min. 2 years preferred).
Knowledge of spray painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
Ability to work with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
