About You
We are looking for candidates who are:

Organised - You thrive in high pressure situations and demonstrate a methodical and meticulous approach to tasks.
Approachable - You are friendly and easy to approach and create an atmosphere where staff and students feel able to share concerns or issues.
Culturally sensitive - You demonstrate an understanding of cultural differences and ensure an inclusive and respectful environment.
Enthusiastic - You are passionate about working with young people and providing outstanding educational experiences.
We are especially interested in hearing from candidates with expertise in any of the following areas:
- Previous management or leadership experience in an academic and/or residential environment
- Pastoral or welfare experience
- Safeguarding knowledge and experience
