Key Responsibilities:

3. Supporting patients through therapeutic interventions, promoting recovery and well-being.
4. Monitoring and documenting patient progress and well-being, ensuring confidentiality and accurate record-keeping.
5. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.
6. Ensuring adherence to all relevant mental health legislation and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.
7. For ward management roles, overseeing the day-to-day running of the ward, managing resources, and ensuring the safety and comfort of both patients and staff.

1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

3. For ward management roles: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing clinical teams and resources.
