Role: CRM Executive Closing Date: 18th October 2024 About the role We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated CRM Executive to support our CRM strategy, responsible for engaging and growing our large customer base through CRM channels, including Email, SMS and Push Notifications. You will need a good blend of analytical and creative skills, be technically minded and able to think outside the box. Utilising first-party data to analyse customer and channel insights to aid decisions. Responsibilities Support the end-to-end process of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately and on time. Brief engaging, relevant and innovative content to the creative team – valuing engagement and brand perception above all other metrics. Monitor and report on overall KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis. Identify new opportunities for automated customer journeys and support implementation. Support the CRM Manager in developing and analysing segmentation and AB testing strategies to optimise future campaigns. Coordinate with the CRM Manager to build the CRM marketing calendar, communicating this with key stakeholders. Support the CRM Manager to develop strategies to increase the customer base and Repeat Purchase Rate. Support the CRM Manager in developing a multi-touch communications strategy across multiple touchpoints, including but not limited to, Email, SMS, and App Push Notifications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree 2:1 in Marketing, or equivalent qualification. 1-2 years’ experience within a CRM role, using CRM/ESP platforms (experience of Klaviyo would be an advantage). An understanding of basic HTML for editing and amends. Competent in Excel. Excellent written and communication skills, including copywriting. Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail. Ability to use own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities. Salary Competitive
