Bauer Media Group is looking for a Advertising Attribution & Performance Manager to lead the global implementation of Veritone, an advanced audio attribution tool, and drive best-in-class measurement practices across our multiple markets in audio.
What You’ll Do
Attribution Strategy & Implementation – Oversee the rollout and adoption of Veritone across all relevant markets, ensuring effective attribution tracking.
Data & Performance Analytics – Analyse and interpret campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Training & Adoption – Collaborate with country teams to train staff on attribution tools and ensure consistent usage across markets.
Innovation & Experimentation – Explore new digital audio attribution technologies, conduct trials, and recommend enhancements to Bauer’s attribution ecosystem.
Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with internal and external partners to drive alignment and successful adoption of measurement tools.
Thought Leadership – Develop and share best practices in attribution, ensuring that Bauer remains at the forefront of audio measurement.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in advertising attribution, media measurement, or digital performance analytics.
Hands-on experience with attribution tools like Veritone and a strong understanding of digital audio tracking technologies.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable insights.
Proven ability to lead tool adoption across multiple markets, engaging diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English (additional like Polish, Portuguese, or Swedish are a plus).
