Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and passionate Product Preparation & Merchandising Specialist to manage and organize our Pokémon card inventory across multiple channels. In this role, you will sort and prepare cards for our online store, live streaming events, and grading services—ensuring products are presented at their best and accurately priced.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort incoming Pokémon cards into designated categories for our online store, live streaming events, and grading processes.
• Prepare cards for grading by performing evaluations and organizing them according to quality standards.
• Assist in planning and preparing products for both live streaming events and online store presentations, including organizing cards for auctions, giveaways, and promotional events.
• Upload product listings to our online store, adding detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate pricing based on market analysis.
• Price cards based on current market trends, comparables, and evaluation criteria.
• Sleeve and systematically organize cards to maintain optimal condition and facilitate easy retrieval.
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess card quality and potential value.
• Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and streaming teams to ensure timely product availability and cohesive merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure inventory accuracy.
Essential Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of Pokémon cards, including familiarity with different sets, grading criteria, and current market trends.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems is preferred.
• A genuine passion for Pokémon and a commitment to quality and excellence.
