The Role As a Operations / Mechanical Contracts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading one of our operations teams. Based at our Leeds office, you’ll be responsible for the growth, leadership, and profitability of an established team of Project Engineers and Managers. Your leadership will be key in driving operational excellence and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage site-based teams to ensure compliance with company policies, including Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing. Lead, motivate, and develop site teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. Oversee business planning and development initiatives to drive long-term success. Ensure work is delivered to the highest standards, complying with relevant British Standards and codes of practice. Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing clients to expand the business. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in M&E Contract Management. A background in Building Services with solid knowledge of Mechanical systems. Strong commercial acumen and excellent business development skills. Project management expertise with a track record of delivering successful projects. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a drive to meet deadlines. High confidence in delivering high-quality, professional service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A sound understanding of risk and value management principles.
