We are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as the Head of Mid-Market Account Management in the UK. This critical role involves driving retention, profitability, and growth across our Mid-Market portfolio while fostering a culture of transformation, innovation, and employee satisfaction. What You'll Do Lead a high-performing Account Management team to achieve retention and profitable portfolio growth. Deliver strategic plans that outline a clear roadmap for success. Champion operational effectiveness and collaboration across all business stakeholders. Promote compliance, integrity, and excellent client and broker engagement. Take ownership of loss ratios, working closely with the Risk department to deliver profitable results. Build strong broker and intermediary relationships while maximising cross-product opportunities. Mentor and coach your team to achieve exceptional results while maintaining engagement and motivation. What You'll Bring A proven track record of exceeding targets, both individually and through a team. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire a positive, engaged team culture. A deep understanding of the UK trade credit insurance market and regulatory requirements like KYC and GDPR. Exceptional communication, analytical, and process improvement skills. Experience thriving in a complex, matrix-driven environment and adapting to change effectively. Systems Knowledge Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint CRM Qualifications Minimum A-level educated. Desirable: Degree educated in Business and/or Finance-related discipline.
