Job Description
Purpose of Position
* To manage, help implement, upgrade and support Identity and Access Management systems to defined SLAs.
* Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Identity and Access Management as part of the identity administration team and/or the other business consumers and creators of identities.
* Provide reporting on identity usage to the business and create auditing reports for other teams.
* Manage processes for effective user management to be executed by others in the IAM team.
* Good commercial knowledge of DPD units and reporting structures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Perform management of user accounts and other identity related tasks to defined SLA
* Maintain records and escalate tasks to other teams throughout the business to the defined SLA
* Produce management reports to the defined SLA
* Troubleshoot user access issues
* Assisting with the design and implementation of new policies and processes regarding identity
* Maintaining market awareness concerning relevant technology and best practices
* Performing tasks as required by department and project needs
* Ensure that system access is maintained in accordance with company policy
* Support all access management control activities across all systems
* Ensure access to systems is provisioned with the concept of least privilege
* Evaluate existing access to ensure access levels remain commensurate with job responsibilities
* Responsible for evaluating access management systems to show continued improvements of provision processes and operations.
* Support the wider IAM and information security team as required
Policy & security architecture:
* Work with other stakeholders to identify new tooling to simplify and automate the IAM process.
Identity and access management:
* Design and maintain effective processes for the governance of access control to be implemented across DPD.
* Implements and manages the Joiners, leavers, movers process working with all stakeholders and the project management team to ensure it is fit for purpose and complies with all regulatory and policy obligations.
* Give expert advice to all areas of the business around access management.
* Be an escalation point of contact for all identity issues.
* Develop meaningful KPI and report against these.
* Work with Security Consultants and other teams to ensure IAM best practices are adhered to.
Security incident response & investigations:
* Assist the Security Incident Response and Operational Infosec team.
* Contribute to investigations, analysis and reviews following actual or alleged breaches of security controls, threats to the business, and manages security incidents.
* Prepares recommendations for appropriate control improvements, involving other teams as required.
* Works with IT, Legal and Fraud teams to provide investigation support.
Governance, Risk & Compliance:
* Conducts and reports on IT and Information Security policy assurance especially in the area of IAM/ PUAM.
* Assists in continuous group wide threat assessments to identify and report on risk appetite position.
* Identifies, tracks and reports IT and Information Security risk and mitigating options around IAM/ PUAM.
* Promote the use of single digital identity and single sign on.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience using Google Cloud Identity, Active Directory Users & Computers and Linux identity management. We would also expect;
* Computer security experience
* Experience with Identity management and privilege user access management in an enterprise environment
* Experience in the day to day running of IAM/ PUAM tooling in a “customer facing” environment managing and structuring user groups and reporting lines
* Identity and Access Management system experience. Knowledge in LDAP and Google Identity is an advantage
* Knowledge of MFA and its implementation would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of latest trends, technologies and threats
