In this key role, you’ll analyse data, create insightful dashboards, and help ensure our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll coordinate information, maintain project documentation, and support performance evaluations, making a real impact on high-priority infrastructure projects. If you’re passionate about project management, data-driven decision-making, and contributing to meaningful outcomes, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: The Project Analyst will be responsible for collaborating on detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and feasibility analysis, ensuring alignment with client and stakeholder requirements. You will handle operational tasks such as coordinating with stakeholders, conducting meetings, and streamlining workflows to keep projects on schedule. Tracking performance indicators, monitoring costs and deadlines, identifying roadblocks, and proposing process improvements will all be parts of this role to facilitate efficient project delivery. You will also be responsible for analysing project data to produce actionable insights, including budget tracking, financial forecasting, and variance reporting to enhance project performance. Preparation of project documentation will also be a key part of this role, this includes timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes, as well as status reports and presentations for stakeholders. Collection and coordination of timesheets and evidence will also be your responsibility to prepare cost reimbursement claims in collaboration with finance and procurement teams. You will act as a key liaison between project managers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements, changes, and alignment with objectives. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining project databases, monitor progress, review budgets, and provide regular reports and updates to the project team. You will work closely with internal teams, including finance, safety, customer experience, and procurement, to ensure compliance with standards and effective project governance. Providing support to the the Programme Management Team will be another key part of this role, by ensuring projects adhere to governance frameworks and industry standards, providing updates and compliance documentation. Qualifications: Education & Qualifications : A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience), plus a professional qualification in Project Management or Construction/Safety. Project Expertise : A strong understanding of Project Lifecycle controls, best practices, and CDM regulations, along with proven experience managing projects in regulated environments. Financial Acumen : Demonstrable expertise in financial management, QS activities, and cost control, ensuring projects stay on budget and deliver value. Analytical Edge : Sharp analytical skills to spot trends, identify gaps, and produce accurate forecasts and actionable reports. Collaborative Leadership : The ability to influence, engage, and build trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Organisational Mastery : Exceptional time management and programme planning skills, with the capability to handle complexity and prioritise effectively.
