As a Registered Children's Home Manager with a Level 3 qualification, your main responsibility will be managing the daily operations of two young people's homes, ensuring each provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for its residents.

You'll be supported through ongoing training, with opportunities to gain accredited qualifications up to Level 7. Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Management of services
* Ensuring regulatory compliance
* Safeguarding and well-being of young people
* Care planning and development
* Supporting the progress of both young people and your team
Qualifications & Skills:
* Hold a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be working towards or have a desire to complete Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (Adults/Children)
* Minimum of 12 months' experience in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory capacity
