Vision Personnel is working with an existing client, who's looking for a Maintenance Contracts/Account Manager.
Must have requirement's:
Previous experience working in reactive maintenance or in construction (2 years minimum)
Good understanding of how to work on various CAFM systems, i.e. Access Maintain, Verisae etc
Have a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
Quoting/ estimating experience required
Excellent communication skills and able to communicate across all levels
Demonstrable experience of using a range of IT packages to communicate with all parties to contract
Fully conversant with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and a willingness to learn other systems
Reliable and punctual, ability to manage own time and workload
Must have skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical clients
The ability to liaise with clients re financial matters – outstanding invoices, invoice calculation etc

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
