We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware and Software Solutions Engineer to join our team as a Distributed Field Support Specialist. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers at their premises, ensuring that their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues with IT hardware and software at customer sites
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and growth
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in technical support or a similar role
