Job Title: Business Development Manager

The Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our clients growing team.
This individual will be key in driving their expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and implementing sales strategies.
The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a keen understanding of the evolving market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients to ensure their needs are met with personalized solutions.
• Networking & Industry Engagement: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Sales Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies aimed at achieving specific business development goals. Focus on driving revenue by engaging new clients and growing existing relationships.
• Market Insights & Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages. Share insights with leadership to refine business strategies.
• Proposal Development: Lead the creation of business proposals and sales presentations, ensuring they align with client needs and demonstrate the company’s value.
• Performance Monitoring: Track business development performance metrics and regularly report on the effectiveness of strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business development efforts and ensure the successful execution of strategies.
• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Take the initiative to generate new business leads through market analysis, prospecting, and networking efforts.
Essential Attributes:
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Results-driven with a passion for success
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environments

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
