Job Description
As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting clients with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication, and household chores. You will work closely with a close-knit team to develop individual care plans and provide compassionate care to clients in their own homes.
* Support clients with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
* Assist with medication and provide support with daily tasks, such as shopping and mealtimes
* Help with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
