An opportunity has arisen in our Office te am and we are looking for an Office Manager to join us at Bettys Café Tearooms in Ikley on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a Part Time role working 32 hours over 4 days including a day at the weekend every week. The shifts can start from 7am. As an Office Manager you will be required to proactively manage a busy and varied workload and suppo rt the management team to ensure the efficient running of the branch. You will be responsible for managing two Office Assistants and all aspects of general administrative duties in a busy office environment, including: ·Cash handling, banking and floats ·Inputting sales, invoices and bakery orders ·Inputting hours and processing payroll information ·Recruitment administration for the Branch ·Statistical and financial reporting e.g. accidents, wages, holidays ·Any other ad hoc duties as required About you This position will suit someone who is numerate, analytical and computer literate with strong administrative skills. Experience in cash handling and banking and an excellent telephone manner are essential. Time management and a ‘can do’ approach to your work are also essential, as is a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. You must be flexible as working cross functionally to support other departments around the Branch is often required at peak times. You will also be a champion of and provide excellent customer service in all you do.
