You'll be responsible for project managing larger client engagements, including determining scope and resourcing requirements, monitoring progress, reviewing work completed by junior team members, and resolving project issues.
You'll contribute to the management of the project team on a day-to-day basis, including briefing, supervising, and developing junior staff. You'll deliver complete reports with focused conclusions and recommendations. You'll assist partners and directors in developing service stream practices.
You'll promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the firm. You'll ensure client feedback is captured, addressed, and communicated effectively. You'll identify and recognise new project and business opportunities and inform the project director or partner as appropriate.
Technical skills required include a thorough working knowledge of Transaction Services activities, ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent), previous staff supervision or management experience, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and self-starting individual skills.
