To provide AirTanker staff and customers with:
* A professional, efficient and customer focused reception
* An effective administration support system for all areas of the business
* First line security for the Amy Johnson House
Key Responsibilities
* To act as the initial point of contact for all visitors, contractors and employees visiting Amy Johnson House to ensure a warm and professional welcome to AirTanker. Use the range of communication devices to ensure effective deliver of this service: tannoy, telephone, security access equipment, internal and external mail delivery
* To act as the first point of contact in any emergency activity and preparedness including but not limited to: emergency response to ensure effective evacuation, coordination of emergency services and reporting to AirTanker business continuity systems
* Provide business support to enable customers to efficiently access corporate services : building induction, car hire, stationary provision, validation of security passes and first aid
* Conduct periodic building checks to support the Facilities Service Lead including water fire and first aid provision.
* Assist the Facilities Services Lead to provide administrative support to all areas of the business including major event, meetings and recruiting activities
