The role consists of taking ownership of service requests and complaints. You will be working closely with colleagues and customers to conduct thorough investigations to arrive at a fair resolution that delivers a compliant, customer focused complaint service.
You'll work closely with operational leaders to deliver complaint resolution and identify learning to improve service delivery
Being empathetic and able to put yourself in our customers shoes will really help.
About you
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills to keep the customer informed, including writing formal complaint response letters. You’ll be organised and effectively manage your case load and commitments to ensure timely resolution and pro-active customer communication.
Multi-tasking will be one of your strengths as you’ll need to be able to chat with our customers whilst adding information to our system.
Resilience is a must for this role! Customers may be calling at difficult times in their lives, so you may have to have challenging calls, but we will give you all the tools that you need to be able to manage these conversations and there is a fantastic team around you that will support you.
Initial training will take place in our Devizes office so being able to travel to the office will be key to the induction training.
