As Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and encouraging a high-performance culture, while covering the Southwest and South Wales. You will be responsible for a variety of customer engagement activities such as meeting with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and representing Regeneron Oncology at key meetings. The Key Account Manager will understand the local healthcare economy in order to identify the key people in Oncology; understand the account context and tailor your approach based on individual and account needs and build KOL support for the product.
As a Key Account Manager, a typical day might include the following:
* Establish and lead high quality HCP interactions by continuously keeping scientific knowledge around the product, indication and brand sales messaging up to date and reliably implementing sales & marketing plan.
* Consistently deliver on the value proposition for the brand through key message communication to HCPs.
* Work in alignment with the UK Brand Plan, develop and implement a local account plan based on key data sources and local market insights.
* Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and relevant activities to support HCP needs.
* Leverage all communication channels including digital channels, in collaboration with other functions, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market.
* Report results and developments proactively and clearly to the UK leadership team.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology. We're looking for 5+ years of sales experience within the biotech/pharmaceutical sector. You need to be ready for very frequent travel and have a driver's license. Previous experience in lung cancer is preferred.
