About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Field Representative to join our team in supporting the commercial launch of a new product in the Ophthalmology market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on building strong relationships with HCPs and driving business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory-specific account plans, delivering strategic and promotional sales, and identifying local market access opportunities. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to drive business success and achieve prescribing depth and formulary inclusion.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent commercial acumen, strong influencing and selling skills, as well as experience in pharmaceutical sales and ABPI qualification. Ideally, you will have experience in Ophthalmology, but this is not essential. A deep understanding of the NHS, ICBs, and ICS structures is also required.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including car allowance, monthly bonus (15% OTC with potential for overachievement), healthcare, and more.
