Our client is an independent car dealer group operating a network of dealerships across the UK. They are seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to join their team at the Aberdeen dealership.
Job Purpose:
To uphold high standards in customer care, oversee the overall performance of the Used Car Sales department, drive revenue growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets for used cars.
2. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Develop and lead a sales team to maximize profitability on all used vehicles.
4. Maintain a customer-focused approach to enhance the motoring experience.
5. Identify and meet customer needs through relationship building, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
6. Build long-term profitable relationships with customers based on ethical and professional standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Proven success in high-value sales environments with a track record of meeting sales targets, preferably in used car sales.
* Experience managing a sales team to achieve and surpass objectives.
* Understanding of customer and company needs.
* Ownership and accountability in all aspects of the role.
* Full and valid UK driving license.
