We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Coordinator to join our team within Vistry North Central Midlands, at our Stafford office. As our Technical Coordinator, you will be a motivated individual joining a busy Technical Department team to coordinate key information, working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.

37. Manage site as agreed with the Technical Manager from design stage to post completion, in line with delivery programme.
38. Undertake key aspects of the Principal Designer role as defined within the Construction Design & Management Regulation 2015.
39. Completion of all necessary Health, Safety & Environmental documents, in line with group policy.
40. Co-ordinate delivery of surveys & reports required for the development and manage associated requirements from design to completion.
41. Manage the process of obtaining consultant fee proposals and formal appointment documents in accordance with group procedures.
42. Undertaking value engineering assessments and ensure buildability.
43. Co-ordinate submission of designs where necessary.
44. Assist in production of Sales brochure, legal and sales handover meetings.
45. Provide information for Housing Association contracts and attendance of progress meetings,
46. Co-ordinate consultants to deliver the house type working drawing packs and liaise with key suppliers to provide ancillary drawing information for tender, construction and sales packs.
47. Prepare all drawings and documents for superstructure elements for tender, followed by the construction issue and sales handover.
48. Co-ordinate the accuracy of information supplied by all departments to ensure no discrepancies.
49. Submission of all information to building control and warranty providers and obtaining approval of same, obtaining SAP/HEM Assessments together with PEA' and EPC's, Secured by Design Approval and Robust Standard Details.
50. Obtaining and collating all ancillary specialist drawings including hot water supply, heating, kitchen, stair, lintels, p.c. ground floors, and precast upper floors.
51. Attending and chairing Pre-Start Meetings and briefing all departments on matters related to the engineering and working drawings.
52. Co-ordinate information and liaise with architects, civil and structural engineers and landscape architects, ensuring consistency between various designs.
53. Assist the Land, Planning & Development teams with advice during the land acquisition stage and assist in the information to discharge of planning conditions.
54. To monitor and report technical & development fees including S106 obligations.
55. Resolve all technical related queries including conducting site visits as required.
