The Women, Children & Families Division has responsibility for providing integrated services and managing waiting times within the Division, for Acute and Community Services across Tayside. This includes Child Health Services, Childhood Immunisations, Health Visiting, Family Nurse Partnership, School Nursing, Paediatric Complex Disabilities, Community Paediatrics, Acute Paediatrics, Community Child AHP, CAMHS, Neonatal Service, Maternity, Gynaecology and Assisted Conception Unit.
This post is to lead the management of administrative and clerical projects and change management activities that ensure clinical and non-clinical services are appropriately provided.
Qualifications
Ideally you should have experience of staff management and a knowledge of NHS IT systems along with a management qualification to HND level or relevant work experience.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Working Hours
Hours of duty: 37 per week worked over 5 days.
