Things that you will do
1. Deliver a world-class sales experience
2. Respond, engage and qualify marketing generated leads
3. Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence
4. Effectively partner and work across the Vypr teams
5. Work closely with the Business Development Managers and Strategic Sellers to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
6. Schedule appointments and demos for BDM colleagues
7. Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email
8. Own the first point of contact, acting as a subject matter expert on Vypr product offerings/solution development skills
9. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in prospect organisations
10. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
How you will do it
1. Supporting the wider sales team through demonstrating an exemplary approach to business development
2. Utilising the Vypr proven sales structure
3. Using the best in class software/technology at our disposal Salesforce/Linkedin Sales Navigator/Salesforce
4. Working closely with the Head of UK Sales to implement agreed priorities / strategies
5. Creating new prospective client relationships
6. Undertaking comprehensive needs analysis to qualify and validate opportunities, prior to handing off to BDM colleagues
7. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
8. Attending relevant business events when required
What you are good at
1. Identifying new sales opportunities
2. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
3. Capability of understanding customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by Vypr
4. Strong and professional communication skills -- written, verbal, presentation
5. Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned leads
6. Brings new ideas to the company
7. Contributing fully to the team effort
8. Being motivated, goal driven and resilient
9. Comfortable with both independent and team working environments
