Job Title: Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Senior Practitioner to join our Safeguarding and Children in Care Pod, a team delivering statutory and preventative services to improve the lives of vulnerable children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead safeguarding efforts for children, respecting their cultural and individual backgrounds.
* Manage complex cases, supporting families and creating meaningful impact.
* Drive collaboration across agencies and ensure every child's voice is heard.
* Undertake direct social work responsibilities, assess risks, and devise solutions prioritizing children's safety and wellbeing.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
