Accounts Assistant required to work onsite for a manufacturing business based in Redditch to support the finance function through invoice processing, account reconciliation, and general accounting tasks. Ideal candidate will be qualified or studying AAT and hold a full UK driving licence Processing purchase ledger invoices. Confirm invoice prices against purchase orders and maintain control spreadsheets. Process and manage weekly and monthly supplier payment runs Reconciliation of supplier statements. Monitor bank accounts for incoming and outgoing payments, allocate and reconciliation Complete and submit credit applications Create, print, and post sales invoices to clients as required.
