Your new role
You will be assisting with internal help services and are expected to complete the following duties:
* Be proficient with writing clearly and corresponding in English.
* Proofread and examine documents to eliminate errors.
* Meet pre-agreed deadlines by managing your own workflow.
* Assist with language and formatting queries.
* Be organised with your files (physical and digital).
* Use MS Office software to a high standard: Sharepoint, Excel, etc.
What you'll need to succeed
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong literacy ability.
* Knowledge of WordPress is desirable.
* Experience with Public Services is preferred.
* Be highly organised and able to work independently.
