Summary What you'll do Supporting the Operations teams to deliver an excellent responsive local caretaking service to NHG residents by ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and desirable places to live. Working closely with other stakeholders to ensure standards are high and safety requirements are met. Essential: Experience of working in a customer services environment. Good spoken and written English Effective IT skills including basic/intermediate MS Office skills Desirable: Experience of working with estates services, such as cleaning or grounds maintenance.
