We are seeking Anatomic Pathologist to join IQVIA Laboratories at Livingston (Edinburgh).

The Anatomic Pathologist at IQVIA is responsible for examining samples from organs and other tissues most commonly acquired through surgery and bodily fluids.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Engage in clinical trials work and contribute to cutting-edge treatment development.
2. Career enhancing opportunity to work at the cutting edge of treatment development in a wide variety of malignancies, joining an existing team of 5 consultants, using histopathology, immunohistochemistry and fluorescent in-situ hybridization.
3. No requirement for participation in surgical cut-up / trimming, gynae cytopathology or autopsy work.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Medical Degree (Doctor of Medicine, or foreign equivalent).
2. GMC qualification.
3. Specialist registration (FRCPath).
4. 7-10 years of relevant experience – working in a reference lab, contract research organization and/or in clinical trials.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:
1. Ability to bring projects and deliverables to completion under timeline expectations.
2. High ethical standards.
