The project:
Newport docks with various projects such as demolition, construction of new units, resurfacing (both tarmac & concrete) with associated works included such as piling and drainage, energy performance schemes, new HV transformer schemes.
Overseeing the projects through from appraisal definition to substantial completion.

You'll need to have:
* Proven experience in project management.
* Developed communication and project planning skills.
* Advanced proficiency in stakeholder collaboration.
* Proven understanding of project management methodologies.
* Sound technical expertise in health and safety regulations.
* Knowledge of consultancy, construction, infrastructure and property sectors.
You'll also have:
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent.
* Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects in the consult sector.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
