From working with our agency partners to help produce and implement plans for all our marketing campaigns, to working alongside the delivery of those plans with our internal teams, you'll be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders across Marketing, Promotions and Buying. You'll be at the heart of our campaigns and with our teams across the business, promoting the Lidl brand. What you'll do Use customer insights and work with our agencies to identify opportunities to promote our products and the trusted Lidl brand Working across all paid media channels (offline and online) Working with budgets, assisting the wider team with budget control Working with agency partners to fulfil day-to-day operational tasks as well as smooth delivery of campaigns Oversee key admin tasks such as PO management, media invoice management Manage media plans and liaise with internal teams on asset requirements, delivery and timely implementation of our campaigns Liaise with internal departments such as planning, buying, and promotions to provide the required information to all agencies What you'll need Experience of working in digital media, especially in paid social Experience of working at a fast pace with a high attention to detail Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders Analytical skills Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Marketing/Media agency experience preferred What you'll receive 10% in-store discount 30 days holiday Market-leading family leave Competitive salary Contributory pension scheme Cycle to work scheme includes 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance You’re Lidl like us.
