Responsibilities
1. Assist with on-site operations, vendor relations, tenant relations, and posting notices.
2. Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
3. Monitor all new prospects and incorporate findings into marketing campaigns to help increase company growth.
4. Facilitate resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits, and processing applications to ensure a smooth process.
5. Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair.
6. Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills, and perform other duties to make certain financial objectives are being met.
Qualifications
1. Minimum of an Associate's Degree is preferred.
2. High School Diploma or GED required.
3. Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
4. Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling.
5. Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.
6. Some weekend and evening hours required.
Compensation
$23 - $25 hourly
