The Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Global Marketing Director who will lead our UK and US marketing teams and take a key role within Eckoh’s senior leadership team. The role will be responsible for Eckoh’s global marketing function, including corporate communications, branding, product launches, content creation, lead generation, and driving Eckoh’s global marketing strategies to deliver business growth.

Key Functional Responsibilities:
1. Developing and driving the strategic marketing strategies for Eckoh’s SaaS offerings globally.
2. Working with the leadership team to define, plan and execute marketing plans to build sales pipeline and revenue growth.
3. Providing clear direction and leadership to the global marketing team, establishing team and individual goals to ensure that all marketing programmes are successful, metrics-driven and goal-oriented.
4. Building awareness and understanding of the Eckoh group’s brands and products.
5. Managing, initiating and driving campaigns from conception to execution including forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of return on investment.
6. Coordinating internal stakeholders (sales and marketing) to sustain marketing for existing products, develop new product launches, oversee and develop effective lead generation campaigns, crafting compelling content, messaging and positioning in the market.
7. Building, developing and leveraging relationships with industry influencers, partners, media and brand ambassadors.
8. Managing and developing digital strategy and marketing technologies to deliver bottom line results.
9. Collaborating closely with internal teams to derive authentic messaging, reflective of the evolving technology marketplace.
10. Overseeing corporate level PR and media.
Person Profile:
1. An experienced senior marketing and communications professional.
2. Proven track record working in contact centre technology, customer engagement software or B2B SaaS growth companies.
3. A successful track record in a global marketing management environment.
4. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing senior level reports, mentoring lower-level positions, prioritising resources and the ability to motivate a team.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally with respective customers and partners.
6. Proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce (or other equivalent CRM), Hubspot, Zoom Info, LinkedIn and other leading marketing tools with experience in developing automated KPI and performance metrics.
7. Proven record of supporting business performance through creating effective marketing strategies and delivered to agreed budgets.
8. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with a highly energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a business with a fast-changing, collaborative, delivery culture.
9. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to focus on contributing towards delivering growth revenue targets, while maintaining profitability and margin.
10. A background in technology, software, payment security or contact centres is preferred.
11. Experience of working for a private equity backed company is helpful.
12. Experience of marketing to US-based large enterprises.
Organisational Alignment:
Reports directly to the CEO and directs the activities of the Marketing team (currently two US and two UK members) but likely to grow. Foster close, cooperative relationships with all departments but particularly the Sales, Account Management and Product teams.
