Having achieved significant market share growth in recent years, they are now seeking a talented individual to join their Management Accounting team.
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the accounting for a portfolio of entities, ensuring efficient day-to-day management accounting processes. Additionally, you will provide crucial commercial support to stakeholders, enhancing financial efficiency and driving strategic growth across the group. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Oversee bank reconciliations.
2. Prepare management information, including cost analysis and support.
3. Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
4. Handle payroll tax payments, ensuring these balances reconcile with control accounts.
5. Prepare key monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including accruals, prepayments, deferred/accrued income, and holiday pay accruals.
6. Calculate holiday pay accruals for each pay period.
7. Ensure controls and processes are followed and monitored, including the preparation of weekly KPI reports.
