Support: To gain Propertymark qualifications
Experience: Essential - Min 6 months
Driving License: Essential

Typical Daily Duties:
* Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to clients
* Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
* Managing a portfolio of properties and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers to progress sales
* Generating and following up on new leads
* Providing exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers
* Assisting with property marketing and creating compelling property listings
* Contributing to team meetings and strategy discussions
The ideal candidate will have:
* Prior experience in property sales
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
