In this role, you will be responsible for the provision of support services to users of the Inventory Management Systems (IMS) ensuring the flow of goods is captured and all associated processes are completed in a timely manner whilst following all Trust policies and procedures and Health and Safety requirements. Main duties of the job Responsible for the provision of support services to users of the Trust's preferred Inventory Management Systems (IMS). The adoption of a flexible approach towards any supplies activities undertaken and a requirement to provide service support where it is required on a daily basis. Supporting the organisational logistics in connection with Track & Trace and relevant supply chains. To support and facilitate training for key stakeholders in relation to IMS adoption & operation. To ensure day to day process flows are completed & system resolution is actioned in a timely manner. Advise and assist operating theatres teams in the capture of implants at point of care To provide clear communications for both internal & external stakeholders. To assist and provide engagement in the contract management of 3rd party providers and associated service/system provision.
