About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

Requirements:
• Manufacturing background or similar
• Passion for Sales: Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of driving results and exceeding targets.

Your role will be varied and involve some of these sales tasks
• Negotiating sales and maximising every opportunity.
• Selling used commercial vehicles and ensuring effective handover.
• Prospecting and establishing new customer/sales channels.
• Demonstrating and presenting products to clients.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to business policies.
• Working towards monthly and annual targets.
• Supporting wider members of the depot team.
• Contributing to our customer experience ambitions.
To be successful in this role you will need:
• 3+ years of motor trade experience, ideally within a similar role.
• Knowledge of vehicles, preferably trucks and vans.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Commercial understanding and ability to develop good working relationships.
• Work independently and part of a team
