The Role: As a Food and Beverage Host at The Court, your day will be an opportunity to deliver exceptional service in an elegant setting, where every detail matters. Heres what a day with us might entail: You enjoy taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional levels of customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. Multifunctional Food and Beverage management and support allowing you to flex your skills in all Food and Beverage Outlets within the Hotel. This will cover and not exclusive to restaurants, bars, in room dining and conference and events, both early and late shifts. Ensure that all Food and Beverage bookings are managed and communicated across the Food and Beverage department in a timely manner In depth knowledge of the booking system used within the Food and Beverage department Ensure that all guests are called pre-arrival, and any specific requirements are communicated with the teams Liaison with guests in the booking of private events within the Food and Beverage departments.
