Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the smooth disembarkation and embarkation of the ship from regional ports.
Working alongside onboard and landside crews following company procedures.
This is a full time, office based role in Essex.
Easy access to the port is essential for this role, driving license is essential.
