Key Responsibilities

* Medication Management: Administer medications safely, in line with guidelines, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
* Care Plan Management: Develop, implement, and review care plans, ensuring that the needs of each resident are being met in a personalised and effective manner.
* Staff Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, offering mentorship and hands-on training to ensure care standards are consistently maintained.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and senior management to ensure the smooth running of the service and that residents' needs are fully supported.
* Compliance and Monitoring: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices, regularly monitoring care delivery and implementing improvements where necessary.
What We're Looking For
* SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Proven Leadership Skills: Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting, with the ability to motivate, guide, and support your team.
* Experience in Care: A solid background in providing care to individuals with diverse needs, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* Strong Organisational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain clear records.
