ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Events and Partnerships Manager who will report to the Chief Operations Officer. This role is ideal for someone who has a flair for creativity and a keen interest in the jewellery market, making it an exciting opportunity to blend passion with professional expertise. In this role as Events and Partnerships Manager in the jewellery industry, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing events that showcase the brand’s products and enhance its visibility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Event Planning and Coordination - Develop and implement event strategies that align with the brand’s goals. - Plan and execute various events, including product launches, trade shows, exhibitions and private shows. - Manage logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation. Partnerships - Identify potential partners that align with our vision and objectives. - Collaborate with partners to negotiate terms and conditions that are favourable to both parties. - Evaluate the success of partnerships through KPIs. - Contribute to the business, growth strategy by identifying new partnership opportunities and exploring innovative collaboration ideas. Budget Management - Create and manage event budgets, ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines. - Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to optimise event spending. Marketing and Promotion - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Members, Suppliers, and industry partners. - Co-ordinate with designers and artisans to ensure the showcase of jewellery is engaging and appealing. On-Site Management - Oversee event execution, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and meets the established objectives. - Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the event in a timely and efficient manner. Post-Event Analysis - Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess the success of the event. - Prepare reports detailing attendee numbers, feedback, and recommendations for future events. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably within the jewellery or luxury goods sector. Strong negotiation, organisational and communications skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in using event management software and tools. Education Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Key Skills Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and a passion for the jewellery industry. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
