We are looking for a kind and empathetic woman who believes in equality, diversity, and inclusion, is an expert in her area of knowledge and wants to make a positive difference and improve the lives of the women and children we support. You will work closely with victims of domestic abuse from the point of crisis, to provide high quality independent advocacy and support to survivors of domestic abuse at the highest risk and their children About us: Aylesbury Women’s Aid has over 30 years’ experience in providing support for women, children and young people who are, or have been, affected by domestic abuse. We work from a feminist perspective and are committed to the principle of self-help. We provide free information, emotional support, and access to safe temporary accommodation to enable women and children to determine their own futures free from abuse and violence. Our Mission is to be available for the benefit of all women and their children who are experiencing physical, mental or sexual abuse in their relationships and to offer support, information, advice, access to temporary accommodation and aftercare.
