A more detailed job description is available, but your role will have full ownership of Management Accounting and Finance Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations, Team Leadership and managing all aspects of external reporting and external professional relationships. You will have the following experience and qualifications; Be a professionally qualified accountant with a proven track record of success within a similarly challenging role, sector experience is not an essential requirement, however experience within organisations that are responsible for capital project delivery would be desirable. Experience of working within a transactional, investment or development led business is essential as is a thorough understanding of working capital and cashflow management, you will have a clear capacity for managing complexity. Experience working with a Board, providing reporting, financial models, and commercial insight to help drive performance will be a core part of your prior experience. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and to embrace change. You will have experience of Change and Transformation Management to find efficiencies, new ways of working and to get the best out of systems, processes, people and outputs. You will be an innovator with prior experience of delivering a robust controls environment. Strong commercial acumen with an ability to constructively challenge and question the status quo to achieve results, a strategic thinker who can assesses situations quickly and will resolve issues confidently and decisively. You will have proven people leadership skills.
