This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive staff team and make a positive impact on the academic and personal development of students. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support students across a range of subjects and a range of Special Education Needs, providing tailored assistance to meet individual learning needs. If you have previous experience working with school-aged children and are passionate about helping students succeed, this could be the ideal role for you. Key Responsibilities: Support students in their learning across different subjects, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring students are engaged and progressing. Provide additional support to students with additional learning needs. Encourage positive behaviour and assist with classroom management. Help with monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback to teachers. Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with school students, preferably in a teaching assistant or support role. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students' learning. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from teachers. Passionate about education and supporting students' academic and personal growth.
