We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Exam Officer and Customer Service Manager to join our secondary school in Bexley. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth administration of internal and public examinations while also overseeing the reception team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the administration of all examinations, ensuring compliance with regulations and strict deadlines. Provide senior administrative support to the Vice Principal and assist with academy-wide events and 6th form support. Be responsible for the school CENSUS and contribute to the coordination of whole-school activities. Oversee and support the reception team, ensuring excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors. Use Microsoft Office Suite and Bromcom (or other MIS) effectively in daily tasks.
