Job Purpose
1. Lead and motivate operational and sales teams to deliver exceptional performance by setting clear objectives and targets, monitoring, and reviewing progress and supporting them in the delivery of their targets.
2. Working to maximize efficiencies and operations in line with Key Performance and budget expectations.
3. Lead the ongoing development of the business, through developing recruitment and attraction strategies in line with business needs.
4. Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support delivery of client projects/requirements.
5. Create and present client presentations/bids/RFI's and proposals.
6. Prepare and implement plans for new projects in line with company objectives.
7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the business meets its objectives.
8. Act as a senior point of contact for clients and play an integral role in the retention and development of existing and new business.
9. Ensure compliance & contractual requirements are met (both internal and external), identify and highlight any gaps/risks and put appropriate measures in place to eliminate the same.
10. Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters.
The Ideal Person:
1. 5-7 years experience at management level within manpower or contracting environment.
2. Excellent people management skills - driving accountability and delivering results through people.
3. Demonstrable experience of customer relationship management.
4. Problem solving and decision-making ability, continual improvement mindset, with experience of driving efficiency, savings, and growth.
5. Good financial and business acumen with experience of managing budgets.
6. Strong commercial negotiation skills to include contract negotiations.
7. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Confidence & resilience.
9. Results orientated and target driven.
10. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
11. Problem solving and tenacity to cope well under pressure.
12. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
13. Good organizational and administrative skills.
14. Experience of implementing compliance that aligns with industry regulations and standards.
