Exciting Hybrid HR Opportunity We are seeking a talented HR Advisor for a prestigious global organisation on a fixed-term contract until roughly December 31, 2025. Our client, located in Cannock, needs a dedicated HR Advisor to assist with their Employee Relations (ER) caseloads. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for managers and 1500 UK employees regarding employment-related inquiries. Manage a central inbox and handle high volumes of calls. Address issues related to absence, sickness, training, grievances, disciplinaries, and more. Support additional projects as needed based on workload. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of ER experience. Confident, organised, and capable of managing your own workload. Ability to multitask and make independent decisions. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
