Tascor Services Ltd is a medium-sized Facilities Management company, which is part of the Capita PLC. Tascor provides Hard & Soft Facility Management services across England and has an enviable record of high performance and customer satisfaction within the FM Industry. This role will be to provide caretaking services to support the management and service requirements of the Two Counties Police buildings and properties ensuring compliance and to meet the demands of the client and end users (110 facilities covering Norfolk and Suffolk) This is a field based role covering all locations over Suffolk and Norfolk. Company vehicle will be provided. Job title: Service Team leader Job Description: What you'll be doing: Supervising and coordinating Tascor staff and contractors. Managing services according to client requirements and SLAs. Optimising service delivery and reducing costs. Supporting the helpdesk and ensure timely action on calls. Maintaining effective client relationships and satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responding to emergencies and urgent issues promptly. Managing training, audits, and stock for maintenance needs. What we're looking for: Knowledge and understanding of Facilities Management/ supporting caretaker services Previous experience working in similar role or the built environment. Ideally you will have previous team leading/supervisory experience Knowledge of Health and Safety Law. Knowledge of Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work.
