Do you have a knack for turning frowns upside down and solving puzzles on the fly? Join our team as a Customer Relations Assistant, where your resilience and problem-solving skills will shine as you tackle customer complaints with a smile. You'll be the hero ensuring smooth returns and spotting product issues like a pro. Plus, you'll be the go-to guru for customers needing help with product assembly and spare parts.
WHAT WE OFFER
1. The Start Date of employment will be: 1st March.
2. Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
3. 12 hours working 3 days per week including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends. We are also open to discussing weekend only working that would involve working a 6-hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday.
4. For this role, late evening working requires being available until 9:30pm.
5. We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
1. You prefer to take initiative, are adept at juggling several responsibilities at once, and value teamwork while also being able to complete assignments without direct supervision.
2. You have a customer-first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
3. You are computer literate and able to work with technology.
4. The confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised.
2. You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.
3. Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts.
